I have been a health and fitness advocate for more than 15 years. As a fitness professional, I focus on the four basic pillars to good health: a healthy lifestyle through movement and exercise, balanced diet , quality sleep and social connection with others.

I work with my clients as part of their team to ensure their experience is safe and enjoyable.


I provide the following types of classes:

Group and small group training  Spin , strength , Bootcamps , strong Nation, kickboxing , kettle bells , Bosu, TRX - Ropes , HITT

Personal training for both individuals and small groups.


Nutrition Clients : clients will go through full assessments , realistic measurable goals are set based on their desired outcomes , full individual custom meal and exercise plans are set to help them reach their goals .
