While studying for her Health Education degree, Lynn was introduced to the world of group fitness and soon found herself leading group fitness classes as well as becoming a master swimmer.

After discovering the benefits of yoga first hand she wanted to share the many benefits with others and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2016 with Diane Cevallos. Lynn is a constant student of Yoga, fitness and self-development and loves to encourage her students to be the best they can be. Her love for teaching and inspiring others radiates in her classes. Lynn loves to combine her enthusiasm for exercise with yoga and has a strong following, both men and women,  with your Yoga Sculpt classes.

In addition to teaching Yoga Lynn loves to hike, paddle board, swim, kickboxing and enjoys a vegan lifestyle. 

Lynn is a single mom of 4 and proud survivor of Ovarian Cancer.
