Alyssa Braud

Alyssa is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and completed her 200 Hour RYT Training through Yoga Rouge in the summer of 2020. She began her yoga journey at 14 years old. With a life full of dance training, she loved the way yoga cleared her mind, was accepting of all bodies, and how each flow felt like a dance. She contributes yoga to teaching her how to breathe fully while dancing, ultimately enhancing her movement, and leading her to become heavily involved in the modern dance world. She danced with a company for many years called Of Moving Colors and most recently has danced with Tennessee Ballet Theater. Yoga has continuously aided in her movements during these years.Today, Alyssa is excited to bring yoga to others, helping them feel mindful, less stressed, and happy in this beautiful journey called life.
