Lyne Leduc

Hi, my name is Lyne Leduc , 51 years old. Je suis Canadienne.

I am a esthetician for 27 years now. I try to slow down now my first profession to teach only yoga.

 I take my yoga instructor cours in 2018’ with the school YOGA DE LA VIE in MONTRÉAL, 200 heures certifier par yoga alliance.

and also have yin yoga certication 40 heures, par yoga alliance.

I teach yoga now for 4 years , private lesson and also in a hot studio yoga in my town.

Mes spécialités  sont yin yoga, hatha flow, toucher thérapeutique.

My principal qualities is, i love what I teach, facility of adaptation, listen to people, big facilities to ajust my class for everybody, calm, spiritual, and facilities to communicate.

i had also in my pass a business with 8 employees....i love working with people and learn. Team work is very important, to make the guest very comfortable.

I always take care of myself, workout at the gym since 18...always like sports.

i like dancing, play volleyball, go to the gym , and bien sûr le YOGA . 

I LOVE traveling. 

My first language is French and I speak English and I would like to Learn Spanish. 

J’ai beaucoup d’expériences avec le publics et capable de m’ajuster rapidement aux changements. 

Je crois pouvoir faire une différence dans la vie des gens et contribuer aux bien-être de leurs santé physique, mentale et émotionnelle.

je suis une femme dynamique , souriante, aimable, à l’écoute des gens et respectueuse.
