Ashlyn Cahill shares her passion for holistic health and wellness as a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and meditation teacher. She has been teaching a variety of formats since 2017, her favorites being vinyasa and yin yoga.
She creates a space where students are encouraged to use their breath and body to bravely explore their inner depths and strengthen their mind, body, and soul connection. Our bodies are always trying to speak to us, so she encourages you to practice in a way that helps you listen to your body deeply and lovingly.
