My passion is to promote healthy lifestyle practices to the everyday woman. I love to bring the fun to fitness so it doesn’t feel like a chore.
Being a member in the armed forces, we are required to stay F2F (fit to fight). I used to only workout by doing what was required of me in my PFA (run, push ups, and sit-ups), but it wasn’t enjoyable. Now, I’m getting more creative because I learned through trial and error that fitness isn’t one size fit all.
I now enjoy working out because I’ve made it fun, and I’m sure to include a bomb playlist to set the tone.
