ABOUT

Jill Bowes has always had a passion for fitness and health, and lives to inspire others. Her love of group fitness began at the age of 10 when she taught classmates during school breaks and danced competitively. She currently manages the Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. studio and also has past experience running a fitness center and managing several group fitness programs. She trains clients of all fitness levels and teaches a wide-variety of fitness classes. Her positive attitude and safe but fun approach to exercise, helps people relate to Jill and effectively reach their goals and feel inspired. Jill has developed specific fitness programs for helping special populations such as cancer survivors and seniors. She has also helped several clients find relief from neck and back pain. One of her true loves is watching someone get stronger both in mind and body and become more confident.
