Patricia Hilliard

Patricia Hilliard started her career in world of group fitness over ten years ago as a personal challenge to herself. She thought it was nearly impossible to teach, motivate, entertain, and coach a class full of people with varying fitness levels. She stepped into her challenge by earning a certification in cycle. Once she grew comfortable with this format, she expanded into teaching kickboxing, core, and eventually a yoga/Pilates inspired class called Group Centergy. Over the years, Patricia has taught over 10 different formats. Currently, Patricia regularly teaches Yoga Sculpt and enjoys occasionally teaching cycle and Barbell Strength.


I got certified in TRX when I worked at Crunch but I don't have the transcript from the job. I have subbed aqua a few times. I have taught cycling since 2010; it was the first program that I taught.
