Erica has had a passion and deep love for artistic movement from a very young age. She grew up as a competitive dancer and taught her very first dance class at the age of 15. For over 8 years, Erica has been working with movement and the body, teaching acrobatics as well as strength and flexibility to dancers, and more recently, yoga classes.
Erica has been drawn to the practice of yoga - the movement, the community, the philosophies, and the science behind it since she began her own personal practice in 2015. She knew right away that she wanted to teach and share this practice with the world because of all it taught her personally. Erica continues to find inspiration in every class she teaches, every class she takes, and throughout her life off the mat!
As a yoga teacher, Erica helps her students tap into their personal practice, to help open and awaken the physical body, but also the mind and soul. Her goal as a teacher/guide is for her students to walk away from each class with a deeper connection to, not only their practice, but themselves and the world around them.
