I am a working student who found my passion for fitness through sports. I have played college sports leading me to have a strong love for the gym and exercise. I am experienced in group and personal training with specialization in performance training. I have acquired the skills to be a quality programmer for resistance training, high intensity interval training, cardio, and mobility. I can adapt any exercise program to the individual to make it personalized and beneficial for any skill level. I understand the importance of safety and guest happiness when working in the fitness and customer service industry.
