As a 46 year old mother of three teenage boys, staying active and fit is a high priority for myself and my husband. Having been in the fitness industry since the age of 18 years old, it is my passion to help others live a more active and healthy overall lifestyle in a safe, practical and maintainable manner. I'm a very energetic and enthusiastic instructor who has a vibe and energy that keeps people coming back for more.
