My name is Megan and I am a movement enthusiast. I was a former dancer, former Zumba instructor! I have enjoyed barrre, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Zumba, kickboxing, and yoga classes. I fell in love with Yoga and decided to become a yoga teacher. I completed my 200 hour YTT training and teach at a studio in Michigan. I love sharing movement and the mind, body, spirit connection to others.
