Avery Michalk

Yoga is an integral part of my life and I work to deepen my practice daily. For me, yoga has become a necessary outlet to clear my mind and teach me how to love myself and others unconditionally. I enjoy creating unique powerful and stretchy vinyasa flows to challenge my body and mind. Although I practice restorative yoga frequently, I have found that a more challenging asana practice has the ability to immediately improve my mood and perspective.
