I have worked in the fitness industry for over fourteen years, first as a group fitness leader and more recently as a personal trainer. I have taught step aerobics, sculpting and circuit training classes; supervised a 30-minute total fitness program; developed and taught an 8-week program for beginning runners; and have worked in area gyms as a personal trainer before launching my own business in the spring of 2007. As a runner for over 30 years, I work with many clients who want to run their first road race "smart" and "injury free".
Although I enjoy the satisfaction of working one-on-one with individuals to meet their health and fitness goals, I am still at home in a group fitness setting leading step aerobics and strength training classes.
