Angela is a certified yoga instructor and Thai Yoga practitioner. She teaches and gives bodywork at studios in DC, MD and VA. She is registered with the internationally recognized foundations Yoga Alliance and Thai Yoga Healing Arts She feels that yoga and massage complete and complement each other. Her interest in the healing arts comes from a deep desire to balance science with spirituality. She considers knowledge of the human body to be the key to understanding the human psyche. She brings a sense of fun and experimentation while also offering practical aspects of yoga philosophy to her classes. She makes every effort to give students a sense of their own, individual power and creativity through a challenging yoga class.
