Sue is a highly experienced fitness professional and Arizona State University graduate. With a degree in sports psychology and a minor in dance she has been inspiring healthier lifestyles for over two decades. An American Council of Exercise Certified Instructor since 1998, Sue has built a diverse skill set across Group Fitness, Personal Training, Dance and specialized fitness formats.
Sue has earned an extensive range of certifications including Les Mills and Body Training Systems in multiple modalities, Strong 30, Circl Mobility, AMFPT personal training, Physicalmind Institute and Greg LeMond Peloton Fitness. In addition Sue is a certified WaterinMotion Aqua instructor and ASFN water aerobics specialist.
Known for blending science-based training with engaging instruction Sue creates classes that focus on strength, mobility and overall wellness. By bringing dynamic energy and expertise to both land and aquatic environments participants keep coming back for more.
