My name is Liz and I’m passionate about Fun, dancing, adventure, laughter, and holistic living. I believe that everything in the body is connected, and we get the honor of learning to steward the body well. I’m all about stepping into where people are at and helping them step into freedom. I’ve had a passion for health since I was very young, and after going through cycles of unhealthy living, I decided to choose into living a healthy lifestyle consistently. I have experiences that range from collegiate sports all the way to teaching fitness classes in the park. I’m choosing into health each day and I’m inviting you on the journey with me.
