Personal Trainer/ Strength & conditioning coach based in North Vancouver, originally from France, I have got over seven years of experience in one on one training, group training as well as sports teams coaching.
Concerning my sports route, on top of practicing several sliding sports, I played American football over fifteen years, mainly in the French first division (Black Panthers of Thonon), in Switzerland and in New Zealand (Tamaki Lighting of Auckland).
When not working with my clients, you can certainly find me outdoor enjoying the beautiful frame of British Colombia, probably on a board (snowboarding, Kitesurfing, stand up paddle boarding...) spending some time in France with my family or traveling, discovering another part of the world.
