I am a fitness trainer who discovered her passion for joining the fitness industry in 2020. I'm constantly learning new skills to bring safe, effective, innovative, and passionate workouts to my clients. With amazing energy and great music I strive to bring a fun workout to all of my classes. I love to make sure my one class tailors to all clients needs, providing modifications as needed.
