Jennifer’s fitness journey began in 2009, when life as a stay-at-home mom to a two-year-old left her searching for connection and activity. Joining a neighborhood walking group led her to her first yoga class—motivated by the hope of regaining flexibility after childbirth. Her expectations were quickly challenged, quite literally falling flat during her first chaturanga. Yet, a few weeks later, she returned to the mat, and a deep passion for fitness was ignited. It was during an unexpected moment—sitting in a dentist’s chair, using her yoga breathing to stay calm—that Jennifer realized how profoundly her practice supported her both on and off the mat.
By 2012, her love for yoga inspired her to earn her 200-hour Power Vinyasa Yoga certification with Asana Yoga in Charlotte, NC. Soon after, she relocated with her family to the South Carolina Lowcountry, beginning her teaching career in a new community. Standing at the front of the class, she knew she had found her calling. Through life’s challenges, fitness became Jennifer’s anchor, helping her manage anxiety and stress. She is dedicated to sharing that same sense of calm, strength, and control with others.
Over the years, Jennifer has expanded her expertise to include certifications in Barre, Prenatal Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, and Personal Training. Her classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, aiming to nurture body, mind, and soul. Her goal is for every student to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and nourished.
