Jim is a dedicated wellness instructor whose passion for Yoga and Tai Chi has transformed not only his own life, but the lives of his students. With a background in high-impact sports—including hockey, waterskiing, and tournament golf—Jim understands the toll physical activity can take on the body. After experiencing numerous injuries and setbacks over the years, he turned to yoga, Tai Chi, and resistance training as tools for healing and long-term wellness.
Jim brings a fun, light-hearted energy to his classes, blending mindfulness with movement in a way that makes yoga and Tai Chi accessible to all. He teaches a variety of styles across Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, welcoming students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. His unique approach often attracts participants who never imagined themselves practicing yoga—proving that movement can be both effective and enjoyable.
