I absolutely love to dance! A childlike grin is permanently plastered on my face whenever I dance. This energy is infectious and is transfer to each and every participant I interact with.

I have been teaching Zumba fitness since 2013 and started my own personal fitness brand where I serve a niche audience. I am Canfitpro certified as a Fitness Instructor Specialist.

I am excited to meet new people and to take the WORK out of the WORKOUT! See you on the dance floor :)
