Morgan developed a love of yoga once she graduated college and joined the “real world”. Adulting is hard. Yoga provided a space to take a deep breath and find a little peace in the chaos of life.
After taking classes for a few years, she decided to expand her personal practice by enrolling in Yoga Teacher Training through MelMarie Yoga. The training was trauma-informed, military focused, and encompassed all aspects of a yogic lifestyle. What started as a way to develop her personal practice, ended up completely changing her outlook on life.
Morgan enjoys keeping her classes light-hearted, fun, and accessible to all skill levels. She likes incorporating fun music and changing up the sequences to make each class a unique experience. Most importantly, her class is a welcoming space to all. Whether you need to lay on your mat for the entire class or you want to leave with that after-workout glow, her class can provide that!
