Amy Caputo

I am an ACE Certified group fitness instructor. I am currently employed at LaFitness for over a year now. I am qualified to teach Power Circuit, Body Works Plus Abs, Kickbox Cardio and Auqua Fit classes. I teach 4-5 times a week in the evenings and have acquired a plethora of members who regularly attend my classes. I am also eager to attend additional workshops to teach a variety of fitness classes.

In addition, I have just finished my sixth year teaching as a high school band director in metro Atlanta, Georgia. I am the director for the marching band which has allowed me to combine my passion for Health and exercise with my passion for music. I have created warm up exercises, choreography and workout routines for my high school students that have been used to help with the physical demands that our marching band competition shows require.

I strongly believe that I am a great candidate for this position because of my passion for teaching, my group fitness instructor knowledge, and my desire to lead a healthy active lifestyle. My schedule is very flexible for travel with my current work obligations and I have plenty of available time that I could dedicate to Fitness Pro Travel.
