I've discovered meditation, mindfulness, yoga and holistic healing therapies when I was in may late teens, more than 20 years ago, and it has been an important part of my daily life ever since. On the way, while following up as well my carrier as an architect, working in construction field, consultancy and design, I followed up my studies and certifications and practice as a Reiki Practitioner, Dynamic Healing, and as a Yoga Teacher, accompanied by Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Pranayama, Yin Yoga. Nowadays I teaching Yoga classes on a regular base - Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation and Mindfulness at a Local Yoga Studio. My teaching is focused in on facilitating a state of inner calm and wellbeing, reconnecting with our bodies and inner self, healing anxiety, trauma, stress relief, and allowing joy to be a part of our lives.
