My yoga journey began 15 years ago with curiosity. I fell in love with yoga in the very first class I attended. Yoga taught me to connect back to my body; to use my body and breath to connect to myself. Using yoga as a meditation through movement impacted the way I showed up in the world and upleveled my meditation practice.  I am trained as a Kripalu yoga teacher (RYT-200). I teach meditative and intuitive yoga classes to help class participants feel present, grounded and anchored in their calm. I am also certified in TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) and have helped many individuals heal somatically through yoga and breath.
