Jessica Beecraft

• My name is Jessica. I live in a small town with my husband and two young boys.  We live a very active life and enjoy time outdoors.  I love to be in nature and enjoy yoga and meditation. I have taught group fitness for over 16 years and enjoy the energy of boot camp style or hiit classes. I have been teaching yoga for over 8 years and enjoy a daily personal practice as well. I have been working as a paramedic for 17 years and am assistant coordinator of our peer support team. I am trained in several different models of peer support and health and fitness and am very passionate about mental and physical health. I love to teach yoga and travel.
