Michelle always loved fitness and became a group exercise instructor while she was working at a local university part time. There she taught Aqua fitness, Bosu and Pilates classes. Her Yoga journey started soon after, and in 2018 Michelle received her Yoga teacher training. As her passion increased, Michelle also became a Pilates Reformer instructor and is thankful that her knowledge for Mat Pilates and Yoga have benefited her students as they train on the Reformer. Her enthusiasm for fitness and her love for being outdoors, has enabled her to teach classes in parks, beaches and on farms. Her next step in her journey is to teach fitness classes at resorts and vacation spots.
Michelle has three children and two granddaughters She loves to paddle board, play pickleball, dance, bike ride and travel. She is looking forward to meet new people and teach fitness classes in other countries. Michelle lives in NJ.
