My name is Shayna Thomas and I am a 32 year old mama of two sweet, crazy little boys. Fitness has always been a very important part of life for my husband and me, but cycling came into my life when I was 8 months postpartum and desperately in need of something to pull me out of some postpartum depression. My physical and mental well-being improved drastically as I regularly engaged in the high intensity cardio workouts, and within a year I was teaching the classes myself. I am passionate about leading the classes and trying to bring the experience to others that changed my life for the better. My husband and I love to travel and always make a point of starting our vacation days with a workout because we LOVE the feeling of lying on the beach after a good sweat.
