Courtney Phillips

Hello! My name is Courtney Phillips and I love sharing my passion of yoga with anyone I can! Yoga has played a transformative role in my life since I reluctantly went to my first class in 2016. I fell in love almost instantly and in 2019 I decided to join a 200 hour training to deepen my knowledge and allow myself to teach. Yoga has been such a blessing in my life and I look forward to continue to share the practice with others!
