Ana McQuade

I have always loved to dance since I was a child. I took dance classes in middle school and high school while living in Brazil. At the age of 18, I came to the U.S.A. and continued my dance education in College where I took Jazz and Ballet classes. While a student at Northlake College, I performed at several events. I discovered Zumba fitness in January 2010 and quickly fell in love. For me, it was the perfect combination of dance and fitness. I took many classes as a Zumba student at my local gym and became a licensed Zumba instructor on April 2014. I also pursued my AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification on February 2015. Since then, I’ve taken many fitness professional development courses.
