Hello.
I love to teach group exercise and meet new people. I have taught regularly for most of my life. I am experienced in many different types of exercise as well as modifications that make everyone in the group feel successful. I am strong and knowledgeable in the field of exercise. I like to help people feel good about themselves. I am also a certified personal trainer and have helped many people understand weight training, weight equipment, and how best to find strength.
My hobbies are hiking and I have accomplished many hikes around the world, most recently summitting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.
