My name is Cynthia Cain and I am a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor. I am employed with the YMCA of North West North Carolina. I not only teach zumba, but I am a certified Silver Sneaker Classic instruction. I have enjoyed zumba for over 10 years. I have 5 children ages 27-16.
