Emma Hamilton

Born in Australia I became a Physical Education teacher and this was just the start of my fitness journey. In Canada, in 2009, I became a Personal Trainer, and specifically worked with women, in a women's only location. I love being able to support and educate others in their fitness journey, while respecting where each individual has started. Since then I have worked in co-ed gyms and also taught bootcamps including TRX and KBells, and have most recently gained my 200Hr Yoga Alliance certification. I fell in love with yoga during my maternity leave, and chose to become an instructor so that I can help other mothers to find some time for themselves in an open and supportive environment. I am experienced and able to provide suggestions, modifications and alternate exercises to include all bodytypes, ages, and fitness goals. I can bring warmth and caring in a yoga class, while being upbeat and motivating in a bootcamp. Fitness is for everyone. I was also a Fitness Manager and General Manager with GoodLife Fitness for 12 years and have worked with many associates and members to ensure they are successful in their personal and professional fitness goals. This coming school year I will continue teaching yoga to high school students.
