Amy Nusbaum

My Name is Amy Nusbaum I am registered Nurse who specialized in psych and mental health for 20 years. I left nursing and went into personal training, yoga, nutrition and life coaching. I recently went back to school to be a health coach. I love working with people on mind and body. I believe in one day at a time & not everything is for everyone. We are all bio individual. I love being outside playing golf, pickleball, swimming, biking & walking! 
I recently moved from Maryland to Florida. I have a 94 lb Bernedoodle who loves to walk & swim.
