Stella Victoria

Stella's classes are a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa postures with an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation. Forever a student, Stella's goal is to deepen her practice while sharing the knowledge she's received with her students. Since attaining her 200 hour teaching certificate in 2019, Stella has taught in studios throughout the United States, Africa and the Middle East. Stella is ecstatic to practice with you as part of your yoga journey.
