Ginny has over 40 years experience in the field of health and fitness. She began her career as a professional dancer, and has evolved over the years into a licensed mental health counselor. She enjoys performing, motivating and educating and is certified in many different formats of group fitness and bodywork, such as, yoga, barre, sculpting, cycle, water aerobics, and cross-fit. She combines her background of sports medicine and rehabilitation into her classes and emphasizes posture, core, balance and functional fitness for positive aging. She has a passion and love of movement, teaching and connecting to others and adapts her classes to all fitness levels.

Additional Bio information:

Ginny is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified EMDR therapist. She also is a Licensed Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine.

Ginny is Certified Yoga instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine. As a result, she brings together the disciplines of psychotherapy, nutrition, and movement to treat the mind and body and enjoys teaching individual and group yoga and fitness classes.

Responding to today’s mental health and fitness needs, Ginny established Total Health Concepts, LLC, a comprehensive counseling center. It offers an effective combination of psychotherapy, eating disorder recovery, nutritional counseling, family, couples and parent support services and personalized bodywork. Ginny guides clients in creating balance in their lives, enhancing personal and professional relationships and empowering clients to take responsibility for a healthier, more fulfilled life.

Ginny offers Health and Healing Retreats for individuals, couples and families to build trust, connection and self care:
