• I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years.

I spent my early years as an AFAA certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor.

Soon after I gained various certifications ranging from Barre Above to RIPPED. 

I love serving others and seeing a smile on their faces. 

I currently teach Zumba and bootcamp and fill in for various formats when instructors need help.
