Patty Hoeker

Hi! I was born in MA, moved to NC in 2019 from NH  with her husband and have 2 grown children. I am a true New Englander at heart!  I believes that you are the only one that knows what it is like to be in your body and that yoga holds a multitude of benefits for all ages, stages and challenges of life.  I myself deal daily with Autoimmune issues.  However, have found that yoga has helped me not only manage health issues but also find peace with them as well as some relief. I loves a good vinyasa  flow,  as well as stretch class that really allows me  to go deep into the asanas. I became a yoga teacher because I genuinely love sharing the awesomeness of yoga and showing people that it is for everyone!
