I grew up in Monterrey, Mexico, I did some gymnastics and went
to Law School. In 1999 I got married and moved to Houston, Tx
for my husband’s work, together we had three kids.
Trying to stay active while raising my kids, I accidentally
discovered Yoga. I took my first class in 2009 and never looked
back. I practiced consistently for a couple of years and in May
2013 I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. In 2014
we moved to Redondo beach, CA and I spent the year we lived
there taking workshops and classes to grow my knowledge in
Yoga.
In 2016 I started teaching public classes. In 2019 the first YogaSix
was set to open in Sugar Land, TX, and the rest is history…. I
was hired as the Lead Teacher and in April 2020 I became the
Operations manager. In 2021 while the pandemic hit the world, I
got my 300 Hour Teacher Certification. In April 2022 I became a
Master Trainer for YogaSix.
I am passionate about yoga and sharing it with others fills my
heart with joy.
