By definition, balance brings to mind a few things.
1) to bring into harmony or proportion
2) to equalize
3) an aesthetically pleasing integration of elements.

Finding balance in life motivated me to enhance my practice, and so I completed the YTT200hr certification in 2020. Now that COVID-19 is somewhat behind us and I have retired from my full time career as  a Supply Chain S&OP Manager, I am ready to share what I have learned.

A couple of years ago I decided that the next chapter of my life was going to be at a slower pace.  Yoga has been a part of my life since I started running in 2007, but always on the sidelines.   As a thought to keep my physical well being, I decided as my running career slowed that I would pick up the yoga as it is something you can do where ever, whenever and regardless of age, shape or size.    Taking the 200hr YTT initially was a way to open my mind and body and explore yoga in depth, but I saw the opportunity to share what I have learned with others as part of my next chapter.

Communicating with another student from my course, Kris Bannerman shared your website with me and I saw a perfect fit.  Travel and exploring has been a part of my  life for a few years now and with new freedom, I hope to take it to the next level.
