Rachael Chambers

Rachael has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and undertook her 200 hour teacher training Chi Therapeutics in 2016. 

Rachael then started Panda Yoga Edinburgh and has been teaching yoga classes since June 2016.

In 2018 Rachael undertook additional training in restorative yoga and in 2019 added Pilates to her teaching offering having completed the BASI Pilates Matwork teacher training. 

Rachael studied an 800 hour International Alliance of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) teacher training with The Yoga Therapy Institute in The Netherlands from 2018 to 2021. This programme was the first IAYT Certified training offered in Europe. 

Rachael graduated in 2021 and is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and member of the IAYT.

Including the courses above, Rachael has completed over 1400 hours of yoga and Pilates teacher training. 

As well as teaching yoga, Pilates and yoga therapy, Rachael works part time as a Finance Manager and is working towards a BSc in Sports, Fitness and Coaching with The Open University.
