My yoga journey began in 2016 during my master’s degree in Switzerland where I learned about Vinyasa Flow. Over time my practice became a very important part of my daily routine and I decided to take a further step deciding to complete my first teacher training course. In the last few years, I deepened my practice and improved my teaching skills in India, Germany, Spain and Poland.
Now, after completing yet another course in the yoga capital – Rishikesh, India, I am searching for the opportunity where I could furtherly develop as a teacher and share the practice with anyone willing to experience the benefits of this ancient practice.
As a teacher, I pay a lot of attention to the safety and well-being of my students adapting the level of the class to the group as well as offering different variations of the asanas.
I teach Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga.
