Dena Bloms

I have been involved in athletics and fitness my entire life. I found my love of group fitness in 2009 and began training group fitness classes shortly after. Along with traditional fitness, I enjoy playing all sports. I am married to a high school basketball coach and have 2 teenage sons who also play basketball. We travel all over the United States bringing teens to play in various basketball tournaments. Travel and sports/fitness is a huge part of our lives.
