Sarah Barrow

Dance and movement have always been a part of Sarah’s life; however, after injuring her L4 and L5 vertebrae, she turned to yoga in order to heal. Yoga strengthened her body through the physical practice— combining breath with movement and postures, but more importantly it has strengthened her mind, heart, and spirit through the yogic lessons— finding forgiveness and patience, learning acceptance and non-judgement, seeking humbleness and wisdom. Sarah believes that yoga allows us to release our spirits through the physical, mental, and emotional practices, so that we can recognize the unique and beautiful spirit in all things.
