Heather strives to create an energy boosting, yet stress reducing atmosphere in each class. She emphasizes a blend of traditional and alternative exercises to create a fun workout that promotes a strong body, inside and out. Heather has worked in healthcare for over 19 years and has been a group exercise and mind/body fitness instructor since 2005. Having a love for travel, Heather has been to several resorts and attended many fitness classes while on vacation. Heather believes that having the experience as a participant in a class makes you a more aware teacher. Being a fitness instructor over the last 17 years has been a way to inspire and support health & wellness, and promote a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys teaching a variety of class formats, including HIIT/Bootcamp, strength & stretching and Yoga/Pilates. Heather finds inspiration through family, friends, music, nature, photography and traveling.
