Amanda's teaching is rooted in energized movement coupled with a balanced flow. Just like the ebbs and flows of life, her teaching will lift you up with high energy and help center you with grounding and balance. Amanda lives her life from a place of abundant joy, so fun and laughter will always be found in her practice and classes as she shares her joy for movement, wellness, and life with her students.
Amanda is a native Charlestonian, born and raised in Mount Pleasant. After years of running a local event planning business, her dedicated yoga practice transformed her path and she journeyed into teacher training. Amanda achieved her 200-hour RYT at a well-known local studio. When she is not on her mat, you can often find her spending time with her family, often traveling and enjoying music. Amanda is passionate about connecting with others and cannot wait to share her love of yoga with you!
