Sam was introduced to yoga when she tried a class out for a work challenge. She was hooked from the start. Soon, she was going every day and practicing on her lunch breaks. Very quickly, yoga turned into her life. She applied for teacher training, started sharing her love for yoga and after a year, turned her hobby into a career. Sam is an E-RYT 500 hour teacher, Barre Above and SUP yoga instructor. Sam's classes focus on a balance of strength and release. You can expect mobility with a creative, Vinyasa style.
