As a former college athlete, Aika has been a fitness lover for a long time. With a Master in Public Health degree, she is committed to supporting everyone to enhance and achieve an optimal quality of life. She enjoys collaborating with other sectors and postures herself as a lifelong learner. You can expect a fun, energetic, and engaging class that inspires you to keep going!
