Shawna Modrow

I have an my Associate's Degree in Arts and my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. While in college I found my passions in the fitness field and pursued my career in the health club industry. I am an energetic and positive fitness instuctor. I feel that everyday is a gift and am honored that I able to motivate and inspire others through my passion for fitness. I am nationally certified through AFFA and working toward my personal training certification through ACE. I always keep my classes pumped and high energy with the lastest music and choreography. I can't wait to help you reaching your fitness goals while having a good time.
